Landon Runge of Lampman, Saskatchewan entered the weekend's event at Swan River, MB. hot on the heels of his IMCA Stock Car feature win at Estevan Motor Speedway on Friday, August 3. The reward for his efforts was a perfect 3 feature win sweep.
The first leg of the Canadian Mini Tour was held at Swan Valley Speedway over the weekend. Of the five car classes running at the 1/4 mile bullring, three drivers, Joey Galloway (Modifieds), Grant Hall (B Mods) and Landon Runge (Pure Stocks) swept their class features on both days.
The next leg of the Canadian Mini Tour is scheduled for August 18 and 19 at Yellowhead International Speedway in Yorktown, Saskatchewan.

Estevan, Saskatchewan's Aaron Turnbull parked his Late Model in victory lane at Estevan Motor Speedway on Friday night as part of the Can-Am Western Late Model Tour.
Tyson Turnbull finished in the runner-up spot after starting in the 11th position in the Late Model feature, to claim the Hard Charger.
