Summer days are heating up across Saskatchewan as dirt track racing across the province are in full swing. 3 tracks ran their racing programs this past weekend with relatively good weather, allowing some teams to travel to all events.
A brief shower did not stop Tisdale Motor Speedway from running on Saturday night. Yellowhead International Speedway went green on Sunday.
The weekend came to a close at Estevan Motor Speedway with the annual Dakota Classic Mod Tour on Monday night. The IMCA-sanctioned Mod Tour is arguably the largest motorsports event to hit the prairies with up to 50+ Modifieds competing.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans as the event was cut short due to a late storm that swept through the Southeast part of the province.
